Nov. 28--If you are a birder, a fair question might be, why are you a birder? No one answer is correct. Because of our individuality we might be motivated by a number of different reasons. Some might be drawn to the color and beauty of our feathered friends while others might be interested in their behavioral habits, including song, courtship rituals and feeding habits. If you are an outdoors person, birding would be a natural attraction because of the presence of birds in the many habitats in our natural world.
