NEW YORK -- Is the appeal of Halston timeless? Executives at the new Halston International collection are banking on it. While the label was launched for early spring, spring II is the first collection under design director Randolph Duke. The result is a younger, sleeker attitude, focusing on day and casual career through early evening.
"The point is to deliver a designer product in terms of integrity and attention to detail that transcends price point," says Duke. "There's a great deal of style for the money."
