JUDGING from the immaculate service on entry to the modern signature-style decor it was clearly obvious this was not going to be a gamble when my wife and I chose to visit the newly-opened Casino Red's Scarlett Restaurant.
Or so we thought!
As a dining experience, the Huddersfield casino's much-heralded restaurant - set into the balcony of the old Princess Cinema, down Northumberland Street - was very good (if perhaps a little pricey).
