Nov. 29--SHAMOKIN -- Styles Unlimited Beauty Salon and Day Spa, 46 N. Market St., will host an open house to benefit American Cancer Society (ACS) from 2 to 5 p.m. on Sunday. "Raising money and awareness is important to us," said owner and stylist Donna Elliott. The event is in honor of Elliott's grandmother Pansy Heitzman, aunt Carol Heitzman, and several friends, including Dick Meyer, John Masser, Beth Ann Pennsyl and Margaret Nolan, all of whom died of cancer.
