According to Oman News Agency: The proceedings of the Omani Cultural Days in Tripoli kicked off at "Omar al-Mukhtar" hall in Tripoli today under the auspices of Sheikh Saud bin Sulaiman al Nabhani, State Advisor in the presence of Noori Dhu al Humaidi, Secretary of the Peoples' General Committee for Culture and Media in Libya.
