Nucleus Software appoints Janki Ballabh as Chairman
Mumbai, Dec 1 (PTI) -- IT firm Nucleus Software today said Janki Ballabh, former chairman of the State Bank of India, has been appointed as the chairman of the board.
Janki Ballabh will replace Lt Gen T P Singh (Rtd), who has resigned from the company due to his old age, Nucleus Software said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Ballabh has been inducted as an additional director on the board, the filing said.
"The company is extremely fortunate to have Janki Ballabh join its board," Nucleus Software CEO and Managing Director Vishnu R Dusad said.
