Greenfields Commercial raises stake in Usha International

Mumbai, Dec 1 (PTI) -- Sugar producer Mawana Sugars today said Greenfields Commercial has raised stake in its subsidiary firm Usha International by acquiring 47 lakh shares at a face value of Rs 10 each.

"Usha International, a group company, has allotted 47,53,123 equity shares of Rs 10 each at par to Greenfields Commercial Pvt Ltd," Mawana Sugars said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
