The Eurasia Foundation of Central Asia (EFCA) today launched the project "Improvement of Living Conditions of People with Disabilities" in Issykkul oblast. The project is financed by the European Union and the USAID, EFCA said.This project seeks to improve living conditions for people with disabilities in Issykkul oblast by strengthening capacity of social services and organizations providing services to people with disabilities and changing stereotypes towards these people.The EFCA found out in prior studies that the majority of people with disabilities have no access to due social services.
