It might be considered a good news, bad news situation for Northbridge.

The Rams had considered their postseason hopes dashed following a 34-7 loss to Tantasqua, but Northbridge got some good news following Southbridge's win over Shepherd Hill. The Rams were back into the playoff picture and after the chips fell their way on Thanksgiving, Northbridge had clinched a berth in the Division 2A playoffs at 5:45 tomorrow at Wachusett Regional.

The bad news for Northbridge was that Auburn would be on the other side of the field.

While the Rockets (10-1) dismantled the Rams, 28-6, earlier in the season and held Northbridge ...
