FORT COLLINS, Colo., Jan. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Applied Computer Technology, Inc. ("ACT") (Nasdaq: ACTI), today announced that the State of Colorado awarded its annual purchase contract to ACT. Under the terms of the agreement, various Colorado agencies, institutions and political subdivisions are authorized to issue purchase orders directly to ACT for their computer related needs.
