Sebi disposes of case against late jute baron Bajoria
Mumbai, Dec 2 (PTI) The market regulator Sebi disposed of the case against late jute baron Arun Kumar Bajoria and his associate entities -- Mega Resources Ltd, Mega Stocks and Hoogly Mills Company -- in the alleged rigging of shares of the Bombay Dyeing and Manufacturing Company.
"There is no material evidence on record to show that the deals executed by the Bajoria group artificially raised the price of the scrip and induced others to buy or sell shares of Bombay Dyeing," Sebi said in an order.
