"West Moon Street" is an adaptation by Rob Urbinati, no stranger to Eugene. Urbinati was here about five years ago as guest director for a production of "Cuckoo's Nest" at the University of Oregon. This time around, as playwright, he offers a Victorian romp chock full of silliness.
