IRVINE, Calif. - Warm tropical breezes, white sandy beaches and drinks with umbrellas await Ernie Kent this afternoon when the Oregon men's basketball team lands in Maui. Maybe they'll help unclench his jaw.
The Ducks defeated UC Irvine, 84-77, before 4,206 on Friday night, making Kent the school's all-time winningest coach. But it was far from a stress-free evening for him.
