VoIP application software provider, BroadSoft , today revealed that one of Germany's largest next-generation network infrastructure carriers, QSC AG, has debuted an updated version of hosted voice services for its enterprise and wholesale customers.Targeting small and medium businesses and resellers, BroadSoft s new hosted voice services are based on its BroadWorks VoIP application platform.
