Swedish investor Investment AB Latour (OMX Stockholm:LATO A) (OMX Stockholm:LATO B) said on Wednesday (3 December) that its engineering technology subsidiary Specma AB has acquired 90% of the shares of the German company Nord-Lock Schraubensicherungsvertriebs-GmbH (Nord-Lock).
