INGLEWOOD, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 9, 1997--Acutek Adhesive Specialties Inc., is encouraged by the response finally issued by CNS Inc., as it seems to imply that CNS is not disputing Acutek's claim that Acutek will have the option to capture a large share of the multi-million dollar nasal dilator market in the United States and overseas as a result of the re-issue of a patent on Dec. 24, 1996.
