Moody's Investors Service affirmed Deutsche Bank Mexico S.A.'s A1 global local currency (GLC) deposit rating but changed the outlook to negative from stable. All other existing ratings, including the bank financial strength rating (BFSR) of D, the Baa1/Prime-2 foreign currency deposit ratings, and the Aaa.mx/MX-1 Mexican National Scale have stable outlooks. The action on Deutsche Bank Mexico follows a similar rating action taken on parent Deutsche Bank AG (DB), where Moody's changed the outlook on DB's Aa1 long-term debt and deposit ratings and B BFSR to negative from stable.
