CLEVELAND, Jan. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Medusa Corporation (NYSE: MSA) announced today that it had completed the previously announced acquisition of Lime Crest Corporation, a leading producer of home and garden products, industrial limestone and construction aggregates based in Sparta, New Jersey. Lime Crest home and garden products include the Lime Crest, Durascape, Easy Spread, Correct and Garden State brands.
The combination of Lime Crest with Medusa Minerals Company, a Medusa Corporation subsidiary currently based in Thomasville, Pennsylvania, will give Medusa a major presence in home and garden and industrial limestone products in the Eastern half of the ...
