Acosta will join the two-part travel show that will feature trips to Hong Kong, China and Vietnam courtesy of Star Cruise Virgo.
The first part of the show will be aired on August 22 and the second part, August 29.
Apart from "Trip na Trip,'' Acosta has appeared in other shows such as "Buhay Pinoy'' where he co-hosts the beauty and wellness portion and "Kabuhayang Swak na Swak.''
Joining Acosta are the rest of "Trip na Tring'' gang composed of Katherine de Castro, Uma Khouny, Jason Gainza, Franzen Fajardo, Nel Rapiz and Kian Kazemi.
