PHOENIX and SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Jan. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- National Health Enhancement Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: NHES) and Rural/Metro Corporation (Nasdaq: RURL) today announced the signing of a joint business development and distribution agreement. Rural/Metro will market National Health's Call Center Services and information, technology and software products to its managed care customers. The Companies will also collaborate to combine telephone triage and medical transportation services to improve the responsiveness and cost- effectiveness of healthcare services in a managed care environment.
