DALLAS, Jan. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Lexington Services Corporation recently signed a reservation services agreement with GuestHouse Inns, Hotels & Suites. GuestHouse, a two-year-old cooperative of independent lodging properties, is based in Little Rock, Arkansas and currently has 30 properties open in 12 states. GuestHouse does not own any properties. It sells licenses to lodging establishments to use the GuestHouse name. Currently, GuestHouse properties are represented only by SABRE, one of the five major Global Distribution Systems.
