The Supreme Court (SC) was asked yesterday to reverse a Court of Appeals (CA) decision that denied the petition of Rodolfo I. Lozada Jr., key witness in the Senate's investigation into the scrapped National Broadband Network (NBN) project with China's ZTE Corp., for protection under the Writ of Amparo.
Lozada, together with his wife Violeta and brother Arturo, reiterated before the SC his plea for a Temporary Protection Order (TPO) that would also cover the Association of Major Religious Orders and the La Salle Brothers, his benefactors.
