VAN NUYS, Calif., Jan. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- S. Lee Kling has been elected to Electro Rent's (Nasdaq-NNM: ELRC) board of directors, expanding its membership from seven to eight.
Mr. Kling, 68, is chairman of the Missouri-based merchant banking firm of Kling Rechter & Co. He previously served as chairman of Landmark Bancshares Corporated, a bank holding company located in Missouri and Illinois, now part of Magna Group, Inc. of which he is a director.
His other current board memberships of publicly-traded corporations include Bernard Chaus, Falcon Products, Hanover Direct, Lewis Galoob Toys, National Beverage and Top Air Manufacturing.
