The Supreme Court (SC) yesterday asked the Executive department and 16 senators to comment in 10 days on the petition seeking to declare void the Japan-Philippines Economic Partnership Agreement (JPEPA) that had been approved by the Senate for ratification.
In a full-court resolution, directed to comment were Senate President Manuel B. Villar Jr., Francis N. Pangilinan, Edgardo J. Angara, Rodolfo G. Biazon, Alan Peter S.
