SAN MATEO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 16, 1997--Electronic Arts (NASDAQ:ERTS), a leading global interactive entertainment software company, today announced it has made an investment in Stormfront Studios, a premier multi-platform game software developer based in San Rafael, California.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Stormfront Studios, which employs 65 people, was founded in 1988 and has worked with Electronic Arts (EA) over the past six years.
