CHICAGO, Dec. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Bank of America has extended a $1.35 million loan to enable Republic Windows and Doors to meet the obligations the company has to its employees under the WARN Act, which requires companies to provide 60 days' advance notice of closings or significant layoffs.
