ANCHORAGE, Alaska, Jan. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Era Aviation, Alaska's largest regional airline, announced today it will begin scheduled passenger service this coming May between Anchorage, Alaska and Whitehorse, the popular Canadian visitor destination in the Yukon Territory.
"There is a rich history of travel between Alaska and the Yukon," said company Senior Vice President James Vande Voorde. "A journey that took weeks for prospectors a century ago will now take less than two hours!"
