Denver Public Schools leaders will announce tonight which city schools must share their buildings with new programs next fall - and the list contains some surprises.
West Denver Preparatory Charter, a middle school targeting low-income Hispanic families in southwest Denver, will open a second school in Kuns miller Middle School, which is itself in the midst of change.
Diana Howard, who is opening a new K-12 arts academy at the school next fall, said she was shocked to learn Kunsmiller also would house West Denver Prep.
