Sexual Dysfunctions in Women
The most significant difference between male and female sexual dysfunction is that women can perform sexually and pretend to have an orgasm, whereas it is impossible for a man to simulate an erection. With increasing sexual awareness among women, however, the level of performance anxiety has risen in both sexes.
