Atomenergoprom to set up uranium enrichment subsidiary (Part 2)
MOSCOW. Dec 11 (Interfax) - Russia's Atomenergoprom will set up a wholly owned subsidiary to consolidate its four enterprises engaged in uranium enrichment, the company reported.
The board of directors has approved formation of the new organization, OJSC United Company RSK.
It will consolidate four open joint stock companies: Angarsk Electrolysis Chemical Complex, Siberian Chemical Combine, Urals Electro- Chemical Combine and Electro-Chemical Plant. Those four organizations were recently corporatized and transferred to Atomenergoprom.
