Ingen Technologies, Inc. (Pink Sheets:ITEC), an emerging medical device manufacturer, announced that it has signed a 3-year exclusive Distribution Agreement with Batterjee Medical Services. The Agreement calls for exclusive distribution of Oxyview(R) and OxyAlert(R) within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The first 500 Oxyview(R) units were delivered on October 30, 2008, and another 50,000 units are expected in December 2008. Mr. Scott Sand, Chief Executive, said, "The annualized sales estimates from this Agreement could represent as much as $7 to $12 million in new sales and represents a major push into the respiratory market estimated at $4 billion."
