Wayne Mascia Associates, a commercial real estate brokerage based in Santa Clara, Calif., said it is merging with Seattle's GVA Kidder Mathews.
The new firm will be called GVA Kidder Mathews Wayne Mascia.
The Mascia group said it will remain at its current location and will rebrand to the new name over the next few months.
GVA Kidder Mathews entered the California real estate market two years ago and has offices in downtown San Francisco, Redwood Shores and now Santa Clara, in addition to its six offices in Washington and Oregon.
