WASHINGTON, Jan. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International, the leading advocacy group for the commercial real estate industry, filed a brief Monday with the Federal District Court in Minnesota, in United States of America vs. Ellerbe Becket, Inc. to protect the rights of some 43,000,000 disabled Americans and 16,000 building owners and managers.
