DES MOINES, Iowa, Jan. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- AirWays Corporation (Nasdaq: AAIR), the parent company of AirTran Airways Inc., today announced the introduction of direct, Boeing 737 jet service between Des Moines International Airport and Orlando starting March 6, 1997. The airline will operate one round-trip flight six days a week with introductory fares starting as low as $79 one-way.
AirTran is offering a special $79 one-way fare for customers traveling
March 6 through September 4, 1997. Fares are non-refundable, non-transferable and must be purchased by February 6, 1997.
