EPL Intermediate, Inc. ("El Pollo Loco" or the "Company"), parent company of El Pollo Loco, Inc., reported results for its 13-week third quarter and 39 weeks ended September 24, 2008. For simplicity of presentation, the Company has described the 13-week third quarters and 39-week periods ended September 24, 2008 and September 26, 2007 as September 30, 2008 and September 30, 2007, respectively.
