SAN ANTONIO -- Clear Channel Radio today announced Joe Puglise, 38, as President and Market Manager for its market-leading cluster of New York metro stations. Separately, the company announced Jeff England will replace Puglise as President and Market Manager in Phoenix. Both appointments are effective immediately.
