A bipartisan coalition of retired Division of Wildlife employees say Democrat Mark Udall is the best choice for U.S. Senate because of his long record of supporting conservation efforts and Second Amendment rights.
Members of the coalition include Republicans who support John McCain for president but are splitting the ticket to pick Udall over his Republican challenger, Bob Schaffer.
Schaffer's campaign manager, Dick Wadhams, gave a big "so what," saying it's not news that "a bunch of retired state workers who vote Democratic are supporting Mark Udall."
