Michael S. Bumbaco, PE, CDT, has been hired as a senior Water Resources Engineer with Kerr Environmental Services Corp. He is responsible for hydrologic and hydraulic analysis for stream and wetland restoration and storm water facility engineering. He has 29 years experience.
