CALGARY, Alberta--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 21, 1997--Solid State Geophysi(TSE SSS. ) Solid State Geophysical Inc. (TSE:SSS) today announced that as a result of management restructuring, Wayne Howe, the Corporation's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has left the Corporation. Andrew McIntyre, C.A., a financial advisor to Solid State for the past year, will fulfill the duties of the CFO for an interim period pending management's final decision on a suitable replacement.
