BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 23, 1997--Quebecor Printing (USA) Corp. (ME,TSE:IQI.,NYSE:PRW.) has completed the previously announced acquisition of the assets of AmerSig Graphics, Inc. and its subsidiaries for a sum of US $35 million plus assumption of US $85 million in debt. The assets include four manufacturing plants located in Atlanta, Georgia; Lincoln, Nebraska; Dallas, Texas; and Olive Branch, Mississippi, as well as a list services center in Atlanta. These facilities specialize in the production of catalogs and magazines and have annual revenues of approximately US $210 million.
