FORT WAYNE, Ind., Jan. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- To celebrate the listing of JP Foodservice on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: JPF), JP's CEO Jim Miller will ring the Exchange's bell at 9:30 a.m. to start today's trading.

JP Foodservice has a regional distribution center in Fort Wayne, IN, employing 226 and serving more than 1,400 restaurants and other foodservice establishments in the greater Fort Wayne area. JP Foodservice's move to the NYSE from Nasdaq will help to strengthen its presence in Indiana, and provide its customers, which include Pizzeria Uno and Perkins Family Restaurants, with better service and more offerings.
