Spectra Energy Partners (NYSE:SEP) announced that Greg Harper has notified the company of his resignation as president and chief executive officer and member of the board of directors of Spectra Energy Partners GP, LLC, effective December 5, 2008.
"Greg has decided to pursue another opportunity outside of the company," said Fred Fowler, chairman, Spectra Energy Partners. "I am very appreciative of his service to Spectra Energy Partners and wish him all the best in his new endeavor."
