Company Earns $0.03 Per Share in Fiscal Second Quarter
DURHAM, N.C., Jan. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Cree Research, Inc. (Nasdaq: CREE) today announced strong revenue of $6,859,000 for the quarter ended December 31, 1996, which represents a 58% increase over $4,337,000 reported for the second quarter of the prior fiscal year. Total revenue of $14,293,000 for the first six months of fiscal 1997 represents an 86% increase over $7,696,000 reported for the first six months of fiscal 1996.
