NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 30, 1997--U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Regional Administrator Jeanne M. Fox issued the following statement in response to the six-point plan to strengthen environmental enforcement announced today by New York State Acting Department of Environmental Conservation Commissioner John P. Cahill:
