MADONNA is paying out at least [pounds sterling]50million to Guy Ritchie in their divorce, the singer's spokesman said yesterday.
The sum is made up of [pounds sterling]2.4million in cash and a large portfolio of property including homes in London, New York and Wiltshire.
In the agreement, Ritchie keeps Ashcombe House, a five-story country mansion in Wiltshire, set in a 1,200-acre estate and formerly owned by Sir Cecil Beaton, which is worth [pounds sterling]14million.
