CHICAGO, Jan. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- The combined Boards of Directors of Chicago Title and Trust Co. (CT&T) and Chicago Title Insurance Co. (CTIC) have elected Paul T. Sands Jr. executive vice president and general counsel for both companies. The announcement was made by John Rau, president and chief executive officer, CT&T and CTIC.
