PITTSBURGH--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 30, 1997--Interstate Hotels Company (NYSE:IHC), today announced that it has signed a letter of intent to pursue development of an upscale, full-service hotel near the Jacksonville Convention Center in Jacksonville, Florida.
Interstate would manage the property under an upscale brand. The project is in the preliminary development stage and there can be no assurance that it will be completed.
