Jones Lang LaSalle has completed a new direct lease for The King's College at 330 Fifth Avenue.
The college signed a 10-year lease for 11,880 s/f at the 145,000 s/ft building with building owner Shulsky Properties Inc.
The tenant was represented by Jim Wenk, senior vice president, with Jones Lang LaSalle's New York office. The building owner was represented in-house by Marvin Shulsky. The 330 Fifth Avenue office building is located between West 32nd and West 33rdstreets.
