Do you make a beeline from the locker room to the aerobics room or from the nursery to the tennis courts? Does your head start swimming when you think of all of the machines in the corner of the gym that you have no idea how to use? Do you dismiss weight training because you are trying to slim down or tone up, and you don't want to look like the women on ESPN2 at night?
You are not alone. Many women continue to shy away from the weight room in their health clubs or recreation centers. Many women are afraid if they move big weights they will build big muscles.
