Swedish private equity investor Ratos AB (OMX Stockholm:RATO A)(OMX Stockholm:RATO B) said on Thursday (18 December) that its 83%-owned subsidiary, the Norwegian wine and spirits supplier Arcus Gruppen AS, has concluded a strategic brand acquisition deal with the French group Pernod Ricard (Euronext Paris:PI).
